There are different factors that may cause you to have difficulty sleeping. This factors makes you unable to have a proper sleep. They include the following:

6. Insects like Mosquitoes, Bedbugs and lice may  also affect your sleep.

7. Noises from loudspeakers, generator, markets, schools and so on may all affect your sleep.
